Three Programmes for Every Stage
Whether you need a quick start, a complete toolkit, or a structured multi-session programme — Ringgita has a clear option built around the Malaysian sole trader's everyday reality.
← Back to HomeOur Methodology
A Steady, Step-by-Step Approach
Ringgita's methodology follows a single guiding principle: a sole trader who understands their own numbers — even simple ones — is in a better position than one who does not. We do not aim to turn participants into bookkeepers. We aim to give them enough clarity to notice what is happening in their own business month by month.
All three programmes share the same core framework: a monthly board, labelled trays for income and outgoings, and a review step at the end of each month. The programmes differ in depth, duration, and the level of ongoing support included.
Content is general education only — no regulated financial, tax, or legal advice is included or implied in any programme.
Set Up Your Trays
Label what goes where — income, outgoings, pending — so records have a place from day one.
Fill In Daily
Short daily entries take two minutes and remove the guesswork from your monthly summary.
Review the Board
At month end, run through the monthly board — a single page that summarises what came in and what went out.
Plan the Next Month
Use the planning spreadsheet to set a simple budget for the month ahead based on what you now know.
