Questions & Answers

Common Questions

Who are these programmes designed for? +

Ringgita programmes are for freelancers, petty traders, small-scale vendors, and anyone else who runs their own one-person operation in Malaysia and wants to get a clearer handle on their everyday records and monthly budgets.

Is this financial advice or investment guidance? +

No. All content is general educational material — publicly available information, templates, and community discussion. Nothing we provide constitutes regulated financial, legal, or investment advice. For those matters, please consult a licensed professional.

What is the format — online or in person? +

Sessions are held in person at our Alor Setar location, with digital materials provided alongside. The Toolkit & Community access component is available online so you can reference it at any time.

How long does each programme take? +

The Records Workshop is a single focused session (approximately half a day). The Toolkit & Community is ongoing with no fixed end date. The Literacy Programme runs across several scheduled sessions over four to six weeks.

What do the prices include? +

All stated prices include workshop materials, templates, and any stated deliverables (such as the community access or certificate of attendance). There are no hidden add-ons.

Do I need prior accounting knowledge? +

Not at all. Programmes are designed for people with no formal bookkeeping background — we start from the basics of what to write down, where, and why, using plain everyday language.

How do I register or find out more? +
